Job Description
Responsible for allocating & planning workshop jobs so as to ensure achievement of service revenue budgets/targets, i.e Turnover, throughput, GP etc
Manage, train & supervise all technicians in order to minimize repeat jobs & ensure conformity to company standards
Manage and allocate workshop sublet jobs to ensure quality standards & timely completion of assignments in a cost effective manner
Advise & assist in the sourcing of local suppliers for workshop consumables as well as identifying the appropriate stock levels
Facilitate effective communication on repair orders, defect reports, WIP, additional work done across the department in order to support smooth transaction between customer & service advisor to achieve high CSI
Managing & building customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients through providing excellent customer service
Ensure that Technicians clock on & off all repair jobs so as to prepare timely and accurate monthly reports on technician productivity, efficiency & labour utilization
Address, resolve & follow-up all customer complaints in the workshop area in a timely manner.
Ensure comeback jobs are prioritized and done in an efficient manner
