Our client, a wealth management company seeks to recruit an Assistant Risk and Compliance Officer to be responsible for designing and implement overall risk management process for the company and conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with procedure manuals and process controls.

Job Description
Design and implement an overall risk management process for the company
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with procedure manuals and process controls
Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress on periodic reviews to company heads and for the board
Review and sign off of various company documents with third parties before escalating to internal audit
Conduct Compliance & Risk training for all staff at least once a year approval
Risk championing for all the companies through periodic meetings with various company Risk Champions for identification of risks and mitigation measures
Monitor compliance systems to ensure effectiveness
Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorised enforcement agencies
Conduct critical analysis and research to come up with recommended compliance resolution options
Any other adhoc assignments as and when they arise
