Our client, a reputable bank in Zambia is looking to recruit a Head of Channels. The Head of Channels will be responsible for formulating and executing Products and Channels Strategies covering all transactional, asset and liability products and all bank channels both physical (Retail, Agency, ATMs), POS and electronic (online banking, USSD).

Job Description
Oversee all product and channel development/innovations and enhancements and ensure that the bank has effective, efficient and profitable products and channels that are responsive to the constantly changing customer requirements
Managing by standards (process design, reports, P&L, concepts etc.).
Oversee research, analysis, proposal/business case development and implementation of solutions for Internet, POS, mobile and ATM banking, Public website, Intranet and Messaging and other bank channels and products.
Ensure delivery of optimal product mix and risk weighted returns
Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Department to ensure that the correct long-term view is obtained for the growth and success of the Business
Proactively develop relationships with key external stakeholders, vendors and local regulators to ensure appropriate co-operation is required
Prepare and implement performance management contracts and ensure regular performance reviews
Monitor customer satisfaction as measured through Customer service and complaints deck on all the alternate channels and action appropriate mitigation action
