Job Description
Efficient execution and management of all aspects of the business units marketing, advertising and sales operations.
Build sales infrastructure
Achieve persistency and retention of existing business
Participate in the development and enhancement of new existing products.
Build strategic partnerships and relationships with business associates including intermediaries, clientele
Keep abreast of best practices in the sales and marketing management field
Manage the research of sales and marketing management benchmarking exercises.
Manage the ongoing development and enhancement of the sales and leads management system and reporting functionary in order to improve sales and leads conversion, return on investment, and the overall performance and cost benefits.
Monitor the utilisation and conversation of leads and identify trends in order to make recommendations for improvemen
Implement effective leads management practices that track and report on the status of leads.
Assess lead management practice in order to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations.
Keep abreast with trends, best practices and legislation within the marketing, insurance and financial services industry.
Develop tactics and plans to actively grow the book and drive sales in line with client centric practices
Implement and manage the adherence to operational processes, policies and legislative requirements.
