Job Description
Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch.
Translate business development plans into real business
Cultivate, grow and manage or maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region
Identify and capitalise on new SME market opportunities / approaches to expand market presence, competitiveness and profit potential
Growing the assets and liabilities of the Loans and SME portfolio
Determine and implement the cost effective distribution strategies, methods and service quality needs to economically and competitively capitalise on market conditions
EEnsure that high quality staff are selected, trained and motivated to ensure staff retention
