Job Description
Supervisors all departments: front office, house keeping, F&B, maintenance and laundry and purchasing department.
Monitor operations of the lodge
Develop and implement policy and procedures for the operations of each departments
Coordinate all front office activities and resolve problems
Deal with customer complaints and problems
Participate in financial activities such as setting room rates, establishment of budgets and allocation of funds to department
Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure
Take part in recruitment of new stuff
Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facilities policies and procedures
Hold regular briefings with all head of departments
Provide training for lodge staff in delivering care that meets best standards and activities
Maximise room yield and revenue through innovative sales practices and management programs
