Our client, a well established Lodge and a player in the hospitality industry wishes to employ a Human Resource officer who is highly organised and energetic to create and build HR support function in the hospitality business,this is an extremely hands on role,working hand in hand with senior management team on all aspects of human resources including performance, remuneration/benefits and sourcing talent and will be required to travel to various location to perform human resource related duties.

Job Description
Weekly facilitation of payroll and allocation of leave entitlement.
Managing the end to end process employee engagement:acquisition,talent pooling,induction,compensation and benefits,training, performance etc.
Maintain and update staff records including all filling of performance management,training,records,incident reports,etc.
Compiling Human Resource statistical reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for management information and decision making.
Maintain a tracker to ensure that all probation assessments and annual performance appraisals for all staff are conducted on time
Assist in identifying staff training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development.
Conduct exit interviews as required
Working with senior management to develop and deliver employee engagement and retention strategies.

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related Degree, Masters in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
