Job Description
Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategy, business plans and budgets.
Develops and implements HR strategy
Develops an integrated plan to ensure all key business areas of people management will meet the strategic objectives
Implements company policies to meet the needs of the HR plan
Implements the talent management policies and procedures to recruit and develop the required calibre of staff in the group
Develops the retention strategies required to manage and develop the talent in the group
Ensures a continuous cycle of review for improvement
