Job Description
Participate in program planning and ensure timely and effective implementation, administration, delivery and completion of program benefits
Collaborate with Health Coordinator to prepare and submit a Case Study/Significant Incident Report for sponsored children requiring emergency assistance, e.g. sickness, death and natural calamitie
Collaborate with others to ensure effective implementation of the referral system
Recruit and coordinate the selection of Peer Educators
Plan and carry out ongoing training and Peer Educator support activities, including: training workshops, field practicum, one-on-one meetings, and group meetings
Administer Pre and Post surveys to Peer Educators for evaluation purposes
Maintain program records and a facilitator journal
Plan and carry out continuous YHC promotional activities in the local community
Prepare program reports as required; use results for program improvement
Coordinate the work of the volunteer youth Co-Facilitator
