Job Description
Provide field inputs in essentail life skills and knowledge and develop strategies of empowering sponsored youths to become agents of change in their society
Input into planing for job-market or enterpreneurship skills that would make sponsored youths attractive to job opportunities on the local ljob market or success in their own entereprenur opportunities
Educate /sensitise SC, youths, families, volunteers and communities on empowerment and employability programs
Elicit support of community leadership structures to incorporate youths participate in social responsibility initiatives at community level as part of capacity building
Assists the youth in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of SAC Youth Induction
Implement the Youth Empowerment Fund and related programs to build connections between individuals, demonstrate social responsibility and acquire critical thinking and life skills
