Job Description
To implement plans, controls and standards for optimum performance and alignment with sales & distribution strategy
To provide day-to-day management, support and guidance to the Customer, sales team, call centers in the assigned portfolio
To meet or exceed retention and acquisition targets by providing exceptional customer centric service.
Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services and liaise with media organisations and advertising agencies.
Provision of innovative solutions and service excellence to ensure effective sales and promotions of product
Understand, anticipate and capitalise on changes in consumer behaviour
Ensure that systems are streamlined to reduce cost to the business, constantly looking for smarter and cost effective ways to support the business.
Deal with escalated queries
Drive best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level and ensure innovation to improve best practice
Understand, and implement innovate ways, and local requirements and action plans for the different portfolios in relation to the execution and implementation of the strategy and also liaise with the approved stake holders.
Build and maintain relationships and maintain communications with all internal and external stake holders
Ensure all expenditure is in line with the agreed budget
Ensure cost effectiveness by maximising cost/benefit ratios
Analyse and draw insights from reports and business intelligence tools and use those to better drive adoption of the company products
Ensure cross functional alignment and proper understanding by other areas of channel strategies
Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
Gather and analyse customer insight.
Ensure brand messages are consistent.
