Job Description
Supervision of factory personnel (Ensuring that staff perform all functions efficiently and effectively)
Monitors the stocking of shelves, stock rotation and organization of merchandise. (By using the ODBC and order sheets)
Conducts daily cycle counts and promptly, resolves book variations due to mis-picking of products and updates the system bin card. Compiles report on physical stock variations and reports to the Regional Warehouse Manager for adjustment
Compiles bi-weekly stock aging and promptly communicates to mgt and sales team on products that are either short-dated and about to expire to ensure stock clearance prior to the date of expiry.
Assisting customers with product selection (Advise and technical assistance)
Monitors stock replenishment to ensure adequate factory mart stock (Checking of orders, stock levels and stock receipts). Assists General Manager with Monthly Sales Forecast
Conduct imported products pricing verification to ensure timely pick up of undue price increases
Monitors and reviews accuracy of GRVs in the system
Capturing customer orders and executing printing slips Initiates the display of merchandise to promote sales
Adhere to the company policies, rules and standard operating procedures
Providing customers with quotations
Reporting any irregularities to Branch Manager
